Handled Compliance and Recovery, Penal Damages, Accounts and Cash, Pension and Compliance Vigilance (squad) Cell.• In the said office led a team of 70-80 employees in the said sections and handled compliance and Recovery section effectively. • In the compliance vigilance squad ensured to bring many establishments under EPF COVERAGE NET and enrolled many employees to pf membership thereby extended social security benefit to thousands of poor employees.

During the said period worked as above in different Divisions of the office at middle management level at different parts of Karnataka State viz, Bangalore Rural and Urban, Mangalore, Hassan. Had a vast experience in Accounts matter and compliance and Recovery cell apart from Legal Cell.
