Work with management of Air/Road (surface) connections to establish long & short Term business plans,objectives ,and goals for department .• Ensure airport staff and vehicle is available at airport in the peak hours .• Micro level monitoring of all mother bags accountable for the incoming and outgoing loads.• Implementation of new line hauls as per central team .• Monitoring of pan India surface connections.• Coordinating with Zonal Regional transport managers for the Air & Surface load movement .• Work closely with Pan India hub managers to improve operations and meet SLA’s.• Knowledge E-waybill shipments handling & Ground knowledge of ground operation .• Close monitoring of reports and ensure all loads movement details are updated in the application• Retrieving and connections of loads as per flight scheduled and cutoff and Coordinating with Airline and Co-loaders for short bags and off loading details .• Manage relevant metrics to measure department perform ace ,Appraise staff byConducting performance reviews for all staff with in department .• Effectively manage any issue that arise within scope of responsibility .Leas resolution Of difficult issue through effective tactics .• Review and reconcile all invoice rasied by the co-loaders ,Prepare and analyze budgets ,expense ,reports and forecasts .• Work closely with other departments /Gateway hub managers to deliver a high level Of service to customers,Collaborate closely with regional and local staff to coordinate Departments activities .
