My accountability were also to deliver complex, large-scale programs as well as in corporate governance structure, reporting, communication and robust engagement mechanism with clients by providing oversight of the program including benefits realization.Before this as AVP - CAO Division, I owned the monthly financial pack generation process of the entire centralized accounting office encompassing budgeting of the operational teams, analyzed financials & provided commentaries in the report highlighting the direction of the units to the respective Unit Heads. In addition, I procured a dongle, laptop & desktop. I was a key person to implement Business Continuity Planning for secure protection of the process by creating systems of prevention and recovery to deal with potential threats to a company.Prior to this, as AVP –Securities Settlements, I revamped the Securities Settlements process for Euroclear & other European Markets, standardized the process across geographies & efficiencies, revitalized 'Run the Bank' functions and championed 'Change the Bank' initiatives as key agent on strategic migrations.
