Mastering the Cyber Security DomainHello, I am Manjunath Teli, and I'm thrilled to share my professional journey with you. I earned a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Shri Dharmasthala Manjunatheshwara College of Engineering and Technology. My professional journey started at Wind World India L.T.D, where I began as an Assistant Engineer. Building on this experience, I switched to Shri Prabhulingehswar Sugars & Chemicals Limited as an Assistant Engineer. Currently, I serve as an Electrical Engineer at MRN Group, where I contribute to the planning and implementation of electrical systems.To stay ahead in the ever-evolving field of technology and ensure the security of our systems, I decided to enroll in the Cyber Security course offered by Intellipaat. This decision has proven to be a catalyst for my skill enhancement.During the course, I worked on impactful projects. One of the projects focused on penetration testing, where I applied tools like Metasploit to identify vulnerabilities and enhance our system's resilience against potential threats. The second project involved creating a secure network infrastructure using tools like Wireshark for network analysis and intrusion detection. Beyond the projects, the knowledge and abilities acquired in the course included network security, incident response, and ethical hacking. Fast forward to today, I am still working at MRN Group, where I actively contribute to enhancing the cybersecurity posture of our electrical systems. The ability to identify and reduce potential risks has become an important aspect of my responsibilities, ensuring the reliability and security of our operations.I am extremely grateful to Intellipaat for providing a comprehensive and hands-on learning experience in the field of Cyber Security. The course has not only broadened my skill set but has also empowered me to contribute effectively to the security and resilience of our electrical infrastructure.
