*Responsible for Quotation activities like Scrub, Setup and RollUp activities by using IQ (Intelligent Quoting) *Responsible providing Cost, Min, Mult and Lead time from different mfg portals and Price books (Cost & Markup). *Procuring the materials to Inventory as per requirements from different Vendors by using HATS (ERP Tool). *Following with vendors for order confirmation.

*Knowledge on Creation of Purchase Orders using Purchase Requisition. *Creation of Agreements as per requirement. *Maintaing soure list and Purchase info record.*Amendments on PO's like Delivery date, Price, Ordering adress(OA), GS, PI, Zycus and Craf, Special Procurement, Validity end and Start date and PO release and Amendment on GL and Cost center.*Amendments on Payment terms and Incoterms.*Following with vendors for order confirmation.
