Managing & monitoring installation, maintenance & support of ERP’s Assist with implementing solutions for hardware and software. Implement common preventive maintenance practices for hardware and software. Heading team with 4 IT executives and provide IT support 24/7 to 26 plants to ensure the smooth operation & provide maximum performance for users Work with a highly secure environment using RSAT tools and Firewalls (Fortigate, Sonic-wall and sophos) Managing 18 firewalls and 10+ servers. Maintain day to day backups and ensure data is secure, Ensuring deployment of new requirement’s, monitoring the performance, maintenance of existing hardware’s, software’s & subscriptions, upgrading the applications & infrastructure, and finally support of all End users. Hands on experience on Vision Helpdesk systems to handle the complaint tickets. Performed technical support, including escalation of problems and incident identification with subsequent resolution using Vision helpdesk tool. Installation of new IT network equipment like network switches and routers, AP’s, Surveillance devices, security devices and parking equipment's (Handheld machines and exit POS machines, parking servers) Provided employee training and instruction (presentations) regarding IT peripherals. Regular MIS reports generation and updated to management through email and presentations. Documented and maintained supply of all IT inventory. Managing ISP, documentation of agreements related to ISP. Price negotiation, On-boarding vendors. Coordination wt vendors
