Senior Financial Analyst
Current• Generating country and functional financial data for use in management reporting.• Responsible for ensuring all data produced out of Finance center is accurate, timely and reconciled.• Support in preparation of budget and forecast process.• Producing monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting that measure financial performance.• Prepare and Review Ad-hoc Management Reporting Analysis, Daily Flash and Weekly Estimate Analysis.• Proactive communication when dealing with Budget/ Forecast process, adhere to the internal timeliness.• Support during month end close process.• Work closely with on-shore and Controller to ensure proper analysis of the financial data.• Producing deep dive level analysis on all reporting produced out of Finance center.• Identify enhancements or improvements to process with a goal of reducing cycle time and improving quality.• Carry out Financial Planning & Analysis, Budgeting, Forecasting, Variance Analysis and auditing, Financial Statement analysis of P&L to derive Forecasts/Estimate consensus.• Support all financial processes and reporting including actuals, budget, forecast, and allocation related reporting.• Monthly Quality Reports for the Product performance• Coordinate month-end financial close including forecasting, reporting, and analysis of expenses. • Consult with various stakeholders across Technology, Finance, and Corporate to ensure best practices and desired results.
