• Incident investigation; root cause and CAPA and sharing of LIFE.• Radiological safety officer: Prepare, Update and Maintain records of TLD cards, Logbooks, Emergency response and preparedness.• Ensure the compliance as per the AERB regulations for radiation laboratory.• Maintain best-in-class procedures and standards for the safe operations of BSL/ABSL-2 laboratory and Vivarium facilities.• Participates in and provides leadership to various internal committees such as the Biosafety cell and IBSC• Emergency management and preparedness: Prepare and Maintain Emergency response procedure and mock drill accordance with hazards/risks.• General EHSS activities including, Permit to Work (PTW), Fire Safety, Safety Walkthroughs, waste management etc.• Prepare and review performance Indicators/KPIs dashboard related to Health and Safety across the OU management team.• Conduct Risk Assessment, Pre-Start-up Safety Review (PSSR), Lab hazard analysis etc.• Managing all the internal and external EHSS audits programs.
