• IT Primary Support for below sites located across APAC.o Bangalore – 2 Sites o Ahmadabad and o Dubai• Administration of infrastructure support services, related tasks & activities to my sites.• Providing I.T. support by applying known solutions to support requests and/or perform resolution research. • Implementation/Installation and administration/maintenance of IT infrastructure services with focus on availability, reliability and manageability following Corporate IT standard processes in coordination with responsible IT management. • Periodic routine IT Internals Control Audit from Externals.• Responsible for the overall uptime of network resources, troubleshooting the network issues like mapped drives, network printer, LAN network, wireless setup.• Installation of Windows Servers (2003 and 2008) and Client Systems (Windows 7) and support. • Coordination and planning with Migration team for IT Services migration.Ex: Windows 7 to Windows 8, Office 2007 to 2010, CORP Migration etc.• Manage end-user incidents and prioritize work based on defined SLAs.• AD Users and Computer administration (setup OU, manage accounts): • TCP/IP, DHCP, User Management, Basic SCCM 2012. • Daily performing & monitoring Backup Server using Symantec Backup Exec 12.• Create file systems, File Security in Windows environment.• 1st Level Support for Handheld devices for only Blackberry, iPhone and Windows Phones/Tablet PC’s. • Establish user profiles, environments, directories, and security for networks. • Controlling Telephony through EPABX firmware. • Communicate with the superior and vendors to implement IT infrastructure equipment under the limited budget• Supporting new sites office-movement, layout change, projects such as drafting cabling and WAN preparation.• Writing Knowledge Base (KB Article) and publishing the same on IT Service desk.• Periodically update Site Ownership and Site Documentation.
