While my career commenced with functional validation, my innate knack for Test Automation was revealed over time. I've been deeply engaged in the evaluation and implementation of open source Test Automation frameworks tailored for web application testing. This journey has enriched my skills in Framework Design and Architecture. A self-driven approach has honed my attention to detail and elevated my analytical-problem solving prowess. Notably, my leadership acumen stands out as a cornerstone of my professional identity.In the realm of Scrum-Agile development, I've garnered comprehensive experience in fostering transparency for both internal and external stakeholders, while driving continuous improvement initiatives. Recognized as a 'Learning Catalyst,' I've imparted training organization-wide in Selenium, Java, and Python, a role that brings me immense satisfaction.
