ð Budget and Actual analysis of departments based on the MIS reports.ð Product Profitability and Segment wise profitability analysis.ð Review and understanding of internal control and preparation of standard operating procedures.ð Fixing transfer prices for all line of business.ð Participation and preparation of budget for whole entity.ð Reviewing of accounts, Age-wise accounts Payables & Receivables statements, Provision for expenses, Deferment of revenue/expenditure, verification of Cut-off procedures in booking of revenue and expenditureð Preparation of Balance Sheet, Income and Expenditure Account and a narrative overview of performance (e.g. explanations for variances from budgets) and a cash flow statements and cash budgetsð Ensure team prepares financial statements in line with GAAP and statutory financial reporting requirements and liaison with external auditors.ð Monthly closing and consolidation of financials of 6 entitiesð Preparing & reporting periodic Performance statements (Management Information Systems [MIS]) with splits of key product lines and business segments.
