In the year 2010, I was one of the founder members who planned, conceptualised and established Timeline Media Private Limited in Goa, India to provide a one stop solution for the marketing needs of individuals, businesses and enterprises.I was appointed as Chairman of the Board of Director on 1st August 2013. In my present role, I am responsible for the overall growth and the expansion footprint of the company.My focus lies on strengthening the existing business lines and venturing on to new media platforms to open up new channels of communication for our clients.I founded Timeline Media Private Limited to tap into my diverse media exposure and provide one‐stop marketing and branding solutions to a diverse clientele across industries and sectors. Backed by a team of creative writers, designers, SEOs, marketing strategists and other professionals, we service clients in the fields of printing, advertising, public relations, event management, branding communication and property management.Adding new dimensions to the multi-faceted portfolio of the company, I spearheaded the launch ofTimelineGoa magazine, a top lifestyle magazine in Goa, in the year 2015. To make our media foothold stronger, I am strategizing to diversify further by soon launching a 24/7 news channel, an English daily and an online news portal, among other things.

In my 6 year stint with Herald, a well known printing, packaging and publication company, I got theopportunity to work across sectors as I quickly moved to take up roles of higher responsibility.In my last role at Herald, I had overall charge of the Event and Activation Cluster at Herald Group, Goa. During the tenure, I focussed on conceptualizing and implementing winning PR and marketing strategies to promote events for various clients of the Herald Group including events such as Property Expo, Education Expo and Auto Expo. [The experience was highly rewarding and enriching as I led a team of 400 creating innovative branding and communication strategies for 100 Indian and global brands.]Prior to being the General Manager, Events and Activation, I headed the marketing department as General Manager, Marketing between 2011 and 2013. Here, I administered all activities to develop and implement strategic business plans ensuring organizational growth, targeting maximum profitability and cost effectiveness.During my entire tenure at Herald, I consistently worked on chartering a progressive route for the company by maintaining a constant vigil on market dynamics and attuned marketing strategies to exploit available opportunities in assigned territories.

My relationship with Design Strokes was highly enriching. In this role, I designed and developed theorganisational structure aligned to long term business goals. Having overall responsibility of handling various machinery such as Mitsubishi II ‐ II ‐ 2 Colour Machine, Plate Making, Cutting, Punching and Pasting machineries, I drove the efforts for developing a control system for the printing and finishing process to reduce rejection and wastage.Apart from training the team on handling the machinery judiciously, I structured the annual operationalbudget, developed internal controls plans and quality audit checks for various operational areas andrecommended cost control measures for improvement.Another focus area under my ambit was client procurement and customer satisfaction, whereby I regularly engaged with clients to provide customised printing solutions, created an effective customer complaint redressal system and enforced Marketing Discipline Guidelines in the company.

In this role, I headed the production centre. I was responsible for functioning of the packaging unit wherein I ensured client‐ready packaging of finished items and mapping dispatch schedules to clients’ defined schedules.I defined performance standards across the unit and reviewed performance to promote a value culture ofrewarding good performance and productivity; along with initiating measures for reducing costs throughimprovising or eliminating wasteful processes.

Mytec Process Pvt. Ltd. specializes in designing, processing/offset printing and cartons manufacturing. As the production co‐ordinator, I synchronized procurement, storage and dispatch procedures for creating an efficient production line. I also managed production processes in the company.Apart from co‐ordinating and managing manufacturing and production lines, I handled various activitiesrelated to P.F., E.S.I., Inspector of Factories, Boilers/ Professional Tax, Sales Tax, Gratuity scheme, Labour settlements etc.
