• Preparing Budget Report, MIS Report, Cash Flow Statements, and Taxation Reports• Finalisation of Accounts and Schedules as per Statutory audit requirements.• Participating in reviews of on-going business activities; advising management on tax consequences and opportunities, with emphasis on tax efficiency and compliance with legal requirements• Supervising GST matters ensuring the filing of returns on time as well as replies to the department notices• Supervising TDS Payment, ensuring the filing of returns and issuing form 16 and 16A on time.• Supervising PF, ESI and PT payment and filling the returns on time.• Suprevising Import and Export payments, documentation and Bank related quires and proper accouting of Currency value.• Maintaining and reconciling accounts as well as prepared reports; created, documented, and posted complex journal entries; recorded various intercompany transactions and cost allocations • Drafting reports on Vendor and Customer Aging, Stock Aging along with monthly budget reports• Organizing fund transfers Online or Offline (RTGS, NEFT, DD and Swift Transfer) and calculating Customs Duty for Import & TDS for salaries • Supervising Bank Reconciliation statement, Month end book closing and preparing Provision and Prepaid statements.

• Preparing for Month end book closing and MIS.• Assist for Monthly GST and TDS returns.• Monthly warehouse wise Sales collection of cash and payment gateways reconciliation.• Handling Fixed asset registration.

• Preparing and analysing monthly MIS report with Budget.• Preparing monthly Food cost for comparison of various expenses and take necessary action to control the expenses.• Filing of GST monthly & annual returns within the due date

• Preparing Vendor Payment & solving the vendor quires on payment. • Follow up with the Vendors for the pending invoices, checking the quantity, Rate and VAT calculation and book it in SAP.• Statutory Compliances regarding Service tax and TDS.• Preparation of vendor ageing analysis.• Balance confirmation on quarterly basis.• Responsible for inter unit/company reconciliation.

• Analyzing Trial Balances to find the wrong accountings and rectifying the same on daily basis.• Preparing the schedule and BRS analysis required for the Head office in order to check the ageing factor.• Administering the month-end trial balance review and passing necessary adjustment entries.• Checking the new packages (e.g., Credit card, Bill discounting) and providing feed back to the development team.
