Duties & Responsibilities Handling daily operational work, execution of all imports and exports on SAP. Providing professional and effective services to internal and / or external customers, to meet customer expectations, particularly in terms of Quality and Timeliness in line with departmental standards, procedures and guidelines Preparation of reports from SAP i.e., Monthly Import Status Report, Monthly Export Status Report, Business Score Responsible for all Logistics functions like Shipments Delivery, Receiving Shipments, Inventory Checking and Import & Export Documentation. Coordinating with JAFZA Customs in regard to import clearance. Coordinating with managers, communicating with transport section for local deliveries and stocks location control and daily stock counts. Ensure the physical stocks match the system stock at all times. Ensure Warehousing receives all deliveries in conformity with purchase order and the Supplier’s Delivery Document. Dealing with clients on day-to-day basis. Handling customer complaints & dealing with pressure built situations with effective customer service and achieving monthly targets. Preparing Commercial Invoices within the guidelines of Jebel Ali Customs Authority and using E-clearance facility of Dubai Customs for MARKS & SPENCER regional and other GCC stores. Coordinating with the Company’s Clearing and Forwarding Department for the smooth flow of physical imports from our Principal MARKS & SPENCER – United Kingdom, Hong Kong,Sri Lanka & TurkeY  Updating Intake Monitor, Intake Manual Tracker, Import Status Report, Import Confirmation Details, Picking Success etc. Sending pre-alerts to all stores soon after the shipments left from the warehouse.
