Key Functions:• Managing the complete employee life cycle, from recruitment and on boarding to ongoing development, performance management, and employee relations, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout their tenure with the organization.• Lead employee engagement initiatives including All Hands Meet, Leadership connects, surveys, and action planning.• Managing PMS including goal setting, regular feedback, and performance evaluations, resulting in improved individual and team performance.• Partner with managers to provide guidance on employee relations matters, consequence and performance management, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.• Identifying, implementing and analyzing career development initiatives for developing top talent within the organization.• Analyzing HR- related data to identify trends and areas for improvement. This includes analyzing turnover rates, rewards and recognition, employee engagement survey, weekly reports, and making recommendations to the management.• Spearhead diversity and inclusion efforts, promoting a culture of belonging and equity within the organization.• Administered employee benefit programs, addressing employee inquiries and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

• Talent Acquisition- Work closely with business in order to deeply understand teams’ organization structure, responsibilities, and strengths/weaknesses. Utilize this information to develop most effective recruiting strategies.• Played key role in sourcing candidates & screening resumes from different portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed etc, Led hiring and onboarding for 3+ clients across various roles.• Successfully Onboarding employees and organizing employee induction to welcome them to the firm & educate them about the policies.• Maintaining Payroll compensation of 200+ employees, updating the approved attendance in the Payroll statement each month.• Attending calls & handling email requests for Background Verification of Exit Employees.
