Harsh Mankad is the Founder and Leader of Tenicity Tennis Program, with over 35 years of experience in tennis as a top junior, NCAA, and ATP player, and nearly 15 years in coaching and tennis program leadership. Inducted into the University of Minnesota Athletics M Club Hall of Fame in 2024, Harsh has also received the USTA Junior Development Award for his contributions to tennis in the northern US.At Tenicity, Harsh has built a comprehensive player development system for both recreational and competitive players, guiding children as young as five through their junior years and preparing them for collegiate and competitive tennis. Under his leadership, Tenicity grew to over 500 participants in 2023, with collaborations across schools and cities. Additionally, more than 20 coaches have gained valuable experience working for Tenicity under Harsh’s leadership. He also launched a Coaching Certification focused on stroke development fundamentals.As a player, Harsh won multiple National Titles in India, was ranked No. 1 in US College Tennis, and won the ITA National Indoor Singles Title. On the ATP Tour, he claimed the Manchester Open Singles Title and represented India in Davis Cup (2001-2010). He achieved a career-high Top 250 ATP singles and Top 105 doubles ranking before injuries ended his career.Harsh holds a B.A. in Economics and an MBA from the University of Minnesota.
