Contract basis Project Manager hired by WISE AV Solution Limited. My role involves managing a project at Hong Kong Baptist University (HKBU) for their new building, the Jockey Club Campus of Creativity (JCCC). As the direct contractor for AV System installation, my duties include satisfying user requirements for system design and coordinating with all participants on-site to address any issues.

Highly skilled in project management, implementation of IT strategies, infrastructure management, operation management, Security, and risk management practices on both global and local levels to effectively streamline infrastructures and deliver applications. Leading large-scale technology project form design through to implementation.• Developed I.T infrastructure for beginning support, expanding from only 30 colleagues to over 29 offices on different location.• Worked closely with organizational leadership, including the board of MD and CIO to strategically influence the direction of operations.• Provided leadership and support for I.T department.• Recruited and trained I.T team members, managed and motivated project teams, promoted collaboration and keep members on-task and productive.• Managed the implementation of new technological improvements to optimize efficiency.• Developed suggestions for technical process improvements to optimize resources. • Led local and oversea I.T teams, managed 6 domestic offices and 21 oversea offices across locations such as Hong Kong / Macau / Shanghai / Qingdao / Beijing / ShenZhen / Taiwan / Singapore.
