I love practicing law. One of the things I love most about what I do is learning about companies, developing relationships with the people that work there, and working collaboratively to get a deal done or to resolve a dispute. I don’t just listen to my clients, I understand their incentives, their business goals, internal pressures, and develop a strategy customized to fit their needs. I am a trusted advisor, a deal lawyer and a litigator. On the deal side, I have experience in multimillion dollar mergers and acquisitions, commercial real estate, joint ventures, leasing, corporate governance, and general business counseling. On the litigation side, I have experience in a variety of sectors, including retail, food and beverage, and manufacturing, involving areas of law such as breach-of-fiduciary duty claims, breach of contract, Telephone Consumer Protection Act, and fraud claims. In short, I am a versatile lawyer. Whether in a courtroom or conference room, I help clients achieve their goals with efficiency and creativity.I was born and raised in Southern California, but moved to the East Coast for college and law school, and never left. I am now in Boston, with my husband Sunny and our 2 daughters. I love spending time outdoors, running half-marathons, traveling, and photography.
