The Compassionate Leadership Academy (CLA) launched in 2015, providing deliberately affordable, Institute of Leadership accredited, online leadership and personal development courses. The CLA Digital online course is CPD certified and an extended version of the course meets the level 5 Operations & Departmental Manager Apprenticeship standards.CLA recently completed a successful pilot study Compassion for Healthcare Workers at University Hospitals Sussex.
