Under Web Office-Redesigned college websites to stylish, user-friendly sites with TerminalFour content management system.-Performed regular updates to websites to maintain the integrity of content and ensure the freshness of content.-Contributed to the planning and implementation of new web features and services, like news carousel and interactive forms.-Developed standards compliant and responsive webpages for college’s admission and administration with HTML and CSS, available to tens of thousands of users.

Under Research and Instructional Technology Services (RITS) Office- Archived original videos, converted and rough cut videos using Final Cut Pro, prepared transcriptions in word files to support the post-production team- Provided video production support to faculty and researchers at NYU Shanghai; Set up film studio; configured cameras and lighting to optimize video capture- Built and edited the faculty’s website in WordPress; Revised the layout of NYUSH faculty blog website and helped maintain the NYU Classes website- Modified the User Interface of Mini-Course Project from NYUSH by using Sketch- Assisted faculty with Linguistic Diversity Program by collecting and analyzing linguistic data and visualized them on an interactive screen

Under E-learning Department - Designed online German beginner level courses for 15 students; prepared course-related materials including pre-class reading and after-class assignments by using Moodle platform, an open-source learning management system- Hosted biweekly seminars on teaching and instruction development; summarized course contents and student feedback- Communicated with students online weekly to understand them in depth to enrich course content based on their needs
