Having experience of 15yrs in the field of Accounts and Finance.Kinshasa Plastique SARL (DRC Kinshasa)Joined as Assistant Manager Finance Oct’13 to Dec’15Manager Accounts & Finance from Jan’16 to till dateIndustry involved in manufacturing of Plastic articles and food packaging articles through Injection, Extrusion and Sufflage, Responsibilities:▪ Preparation of Cost Sheet for articles/raw material import from other countries.▪ Reconciliation of cost of goods imported with govt. records.▪ Handling a team of 8 persons.▪ Year end finalization of books account.▪ Preparation of cash flow statement.▪ Bank reconciliation.▪ Product costing.▪ Raw Material provision and their Consumption report.▪ Preparing monthly Balance sheet and statement of Profit and loss.▪ MIS reports like analysis of expenses and overheads of company.▪ Analysis of Production report.▪ Voucher & Journal checking and scrutiny of head of accounts.▪ Reconciliation of supplier and vendor account.▪ Payment to supplier in due time as per the norms. ▪ Statutory payment like TVA,INSS,INPP & FPI etc before due time.▪ Reporting to CFO & MD of the group.▪ Also working as a project coordinator to install ERP and successfully completed the installation of ORACLE in all department with their respective work flow.▪ Documentation and follow-up for the import purchase of raw material.
