A result oriented professional with over 5 years of experience in Materials Management entailing Stores-operations, Inventory control, Inbound & Outbound Logistics-Operations & Waste ManagementCurrent Job responsibility :• Responsible for Indenting of Common consumable, chemical items & spare parts on time & follow up with purchase department timely availability of materials at plant.• Coordinating with concerned departments (purchase, production & accounts) for smooth running of store functions & ensuring adequate supply of materials.• Total knowledge of material receipt – GRN clearance – Issue process of store management.• Power User of SAP S/4HANA MM module.• Responsible for Material codification in SAP for material type – ERSA/ HIBE/ VERP/ UNBW.• Managing & monitoring of inbound-outbound logistic operations.• Maintaining, monitoring & managing Inventory levels (MIN-MAX).• Monthly return of rejected materials to vendors & maintaining the documents for future reference.• Submission of monthly inventory report & various MIS reports to HOD of store with respect to Non-moving stock, slow moving stock, Avg. Price of the materials .• Taking perpetual of 15 items daily & reporting the store manager if any surplus / deficiencies found.• Take participate in yearly stock verification process.
