Ltd. is a Gurgaon HR based High growth professionally managed Diagnostic Company having significant presence in diagnostic Field • Supervise all domestic and international incoming and outgoing shipment • Checking all incoming and outgoing Invoice and dispatch documents.• Delegate and mobilize the task to subordinate team• Contact various courier,(Air /Surface) for rate negotiation • Preparing daily, weekly, and Monthly MIS reports.• Establish, maintain, and update files, databases, records, and other documents; develop and maintain data, and perform routine analyses and calculations in the processing of data for recurring internal reports. • Monitoring shipment status till reaching to the destination.• Preparing all Foreign shipment and Handling all Export & Import Documents (Air) • Interact with CHA/inernatinal service provider(DHL/FedEx) for Customs Clearance • Process order with different agencies both Domestic and International suppliers and follow up.• Arrange Domestic shipment and co-ordinate with subordinate staffs.
