But to prove them wrong, Manmohan Singla is one name who is educated, responsible, and adopted the path of self-reliance keeping in mind the rituals of the society.He has done his schooling from the Jindal Modern School, B.Tech (Computer science) from Amity University, M.Tech from Guru Jambheshwar University, and MBA in Marketing from NMIMS MumbaiManmohan Singla has inborn entrepreneurial skills as when children are free minds and live their life in the materialistic world, he started doing business in KOTA where he went for IIT-JEE preparation. When he saw that students were depressed and demotivated due to the pressure of studies, he established a motivation club JMC on Facebook and started giving counseling to his classmates. As a young mind, he always has a passion to work for the Home town and gave the concept of Talent Hunt in the year 2012 to unleash the young talent so as to represent Hisar on a national level.During his B.Tech journey as a computer science student, he launched the website Jugaadin.com with friends to help every other person at the time of the problem.  Jugaadin.com represents - Jugaad Yourself under which he formed a team in college as well in other colleges. Technically, they were into digital marketing and non-technically organized events. With 1000 + small and big event exposure and 100 + successful clients Manmohan made jugaadin.com Jugaadin Digital services Pvt. ltd in 2018. He always wanted to grow Hisar like any other metro city, thus rejecting the placement offer and started making Hisar digital with the launching of Digital Hisar. Digital Hisar is a portal that offers free business listing and promotion on social media having 30k active members.For his excellent Digital Marketing skills, he has been awarded an excellence award in the year 2017 by Mr. Vipul Goyal. He also has been recipient to the social achievement award for two consecutive years 2018 & 2019 for offering free digital marketing promotion to various NGOs. Manmohan Singla is a visionary and his vision to grow Hisar technically directed him to establish Hisar Institute of Digital Marketing in year 2018 where he is training young minds about Digital Marketing. Within a short span of time, his dedication showed results as he received the Best Digital Marketing Institute award by the Education Council of India in January 2020.
