Strategic Planning and Account Management• Develop a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to meet quarterly/half-yearly/annual hiring targets as per the org’s growth plan• Work extensively on P&L management of the account with process & change management strategies.• Partner with business leaders to understand their talent needs. Define job scorecards for all roles elaborately and accurately• Use the Knowledge-Skill-Ability (KSA) framework to define each role and map the selection and assessment process to the defined KSA• Build internal capability to hire for all leadership and difficult-to-fill roles• Utilize data and analytics to measure recruitment effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
