I head the Inside Sales and Call Centre team of 200+ members. I am responsible for the end-to-end business of these teams, including PnL, Revenue, Margins, Tech enhancement, Employee Satisfaction, and Customer Satisfaction.At LetsTransport, I have worn multiple hats including Strategy, PnL management, Sales, Process Excellence, Growth, and Product Management. I have a proven record of starting regions and verticals from scratch. I started the Maharashtra and Gujarat Region's business for LetsTransport and headed their South and Gujarat Business and 300-member team.
