Program management : Managed a team of 8 resources to deliver career orientation programs to 380 Govt. college students. It was Govt. project commissioned to G&G consultants.-Market research: Conducted quantitative and qualitative research (ethnographic studies, focus group discussions with consumers and stakeholders) on non timber forest produce in MP. Identified 3 promising products to e-commercialise.

Report to district collector.Core Roles and responsibilities: -Project management experience: Served in district administration of backward , isolated, conflict ridden districts to build trust with a marginalized population of 6 Lac residing across 711 villages and governed by 332 panchayats. Focus was on building outreach by acting as a seamless interface between Government and marginalised citizens. -Impact experience: improving delivery of programs that Champion sustainability goals. Key achievements:Planning experience: Prepared district irrigation plan for “Per drop more crop” (PMKSY scheme by Ministry of Agriculture & Cooperation) by building consensus with 15 Govt. departments and farmer bodies. -Documentation skills: 1600 page proposal to utilise 2300 Cr. was selected as a “model plan” and the first of its kind to be approved for implementation. Talent development experience: Served as Principal of livelihood college of 400 school dropouts. Nurtured their hidden potential by implementing 4 new industry skilling programs and inspecting the quality of 20 vocational training providers. Efforts resulted in placement of 220 students (55%) across 150 locations. Achieving UN sustainable development goals (SDGs): Conducted participatory planning of 45 welfare schemes for 300 panchayats and oversaw implementation in 1 panchayat (model village) with access issues. Efforts improved social indicators such as infant/maternal mortality rate, employability, school enrollment, access to roads, electricity and drinking water.
