A Licensed Professional Engineer in the States of Illinois, Texas and Wisconsin. Mr. Abdul has acted as Team Leader/Sr. Project Engineer providing planning and engineering management of transportation, environmental and infrastructure development in the USA and Asian Region. As well as development of technical approach for the DCE’s international projects and preparation of project background summary, technical review and project implementation plans. He is the client liaison and provides the consulting services for DCE's on-going projects. DCE has been involved and most of the Chicagoland's high profile projects, starting from the Dan-Ryan expressway reconstruction, O'hare International Terminal 5 to the Chicago Millennium Park project.For over 30 years Mr. Abdul has provided civil/structural, geotechnical and environmental engineering services in design and construction management of high-rise buildings, expressways, highways, tollways, elevated highways, various types of highway and railroad bridges, viaducts, tunnel, reservoir, composite runway, taxiway, railroad track, third rail power system, grade and support facilities, drainage, underground utilities, earth grading, landscaping, irrigation, soil anchoring, material quality control, surveying, construction staking, site inspection, bridge rating, sanitary and sewer system, landfill and hazardous waste, water and hydrology, and environmental assessment.
