Carryout stage Inspections as per Traveller and record the observations on Inspection reports. Raise Non-conformity (NCR) if component not fulfilling the requirement of code. Carryout Dimensional inspection, Fit up inspection, Visual inspection, Cleaning inspection, Painting inspections &reporting. Interpretation of Liquid Penetrant Examination (LPE), Magnetic Partical Examination (MPE) Radiographic Testing(RT) films. Inspection of inward materials as per PO, MI, POS, GRIN, Relevant material specification, Applicable code for Visual,Dimensional, Review of Material Test Certificate (MTC), Verification of marking and correlation with MTC’s. Preparation Inspection Check List as per inspection detail and to prepare Material Identification Report (MIR). Recertification of MTC’s to applicable edition/addenda of code if required. Prepare the Rejection Note if required.
