Attrition Analysis: - Collected and analysed data of 200 on-site staff that resigned in the past 1yr to understand the main reason for attrition and find out trends or patterns from the data collected- Designed an action plan2. Long Term Settlement Analysis:- Analysed and compiled LTS agreements between management and the Trade Union since 1947- Identified key patterns and trends- Suggested solutions to identified problems and recommended new Demands of Management for the next LTS
