Key Responsibilities:• End-to-End Hiring:Support the recruiting function from sourcing to onboarding, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, documentation, and onboarding.Front ending conversations with the hiring managers for requirement gathering and support fulfillment.• Campus Hiring: Manage campus hiring for lateral and intern positions from institutions like IITs, IIITs, NITs, VIT, BITS-Pilani, Amity, SRM, LPU, Bennett, and others.Deliver pre-placement presentations and address student queries • Onboarding & Induction: Single point of contact for new joiner onboarding & induction.• Rewards & Recognition Program: Design and integrate the rewards and recognition program with the HRMS.• Trend Analysis: Analyse people trends & metrics to improve HR processes.• Employee Engagement: Plan and execute various engagement initiatives, such as team building activities, fun & frolic events, and employee connect programs.• HRMS Experience: Proficient in using the Darwin Box HRMS platform
