Currently working on a project Where We used to handle the customer utility bills,As a data analyst, we have to check whether the bills delivered to the customer or not with in commited due date, if not delivered it will create an automon jira ticket, as a data analyst will analyse and find a issue why it is not delivered to the customer on time , and will co-ordinate with the concern teams to fix the issue to deliver the statements.
