As CEO, I was comprehensively responsible for the business of Vision Infra. My main responsibility was General Management as well as strategy implementation. I set up first strategy process in company history to find focus areas and set ambitious targets. I doubled the number of customers in main business area to implement the strategy and meet the target in regional expansion. I also led Quality Certification process recognized by “RALA Laatu” accreditation as well as updated the ICT, ERP and financial systems to better support the daily operations and business control. All of them are other examples of successful strategy implementation in the areas of efficient processes and excellent employee experience. I increased the top line and managed to take prevention victory in the bottom line despite the heavily changed business environment.
