I’m Master of Science in Technology who is used to work in both international environment with multiple languages and in a small, local company. As a first-born of entrepreneurial family, I got the entrepreneurial mind-set already in the breast milk. Because of that, I understood already at early age the importance of high quality and excellent customer experience. As a leader and a person, I’m easy to approach and I want to be present in everyday life of the team. I have strategy-oriented way of thinking and as a CEO I have created a vision and a strategy which I have successfully implemented. I help my team to achieve our targets with my inspiring leadership and coaching management. I’m a team captain who leads with own example and act as a change agent. I have worked 15 years in manufacturing industry. I’m also project management professional who has marinated more than 10 years in global development projects. I have successfully led expert organizations both at work and spare time. In strategic product development projects, I have led cross-functional teams whose collaboration has been the key to success. I have also led process and system development projects in which change management has had a key role. I have diverse experience of product and process development. My innovativeness has been awarded by UPM's Invertor's Diploma in two consecutive years. Innovations have led to patent applications of which 10 have been granted. With my analytical and systematic way of working I can have many pots simultaneously on the stove and work successfully under pressure cooking delicious 3-course menu. I believe in continuous improvement and lifelong learning which describe well my development-oriented mind-set. I understand the big picture and can lead projects independently to meet the targets. My proactive, solution-oriented approach makes sure that starters are served first and dessert is enjoyed at the end.
