Conceived and implemented program to provide opportunities in sailing for youth in the Lunenburg and Mahone Bay areas in Nova Scotia. Provided over 250 youth from local schools with opportunity to try sailing, most for the first time, in 2013. Program was federally incorporated as a non-profit organization in September 2013 and provided an additional 405 youth with opportunities in sailing in 2014, 25 of whom went on to take sailing lessons during the summer. 2015 saw expansion to two new yacht clubs, with over 700 students participating.
