CurrentAs a Soft Skills Faculty member, my role is to cultivate an inclusive learning environment where every student feels valued and empowered to grow. Through mentorship and guidance, I provide support and encouragement to students on their campus to corporate journey, helping them navigate challenges and develop essential soft skills. Utilizing thorough Training Needs Analyses, I tailor my approach to address the specific needs of each student, ensuring that the content I develop is relevant and engaging. Embracing a mindset of continuous improvement, I regularly evaluate my teaching methods and seek feedback to enhance the learning experience. By integrating experiential learning techniques such as role-plays and simulations, I provide students with hands-on opportunities to practice and apply their skills in real-world scenarios, preparing them for success in their academic and professional pursuits.
