Managed a team of inspector including environmental and agricultural inspectors encompassing 101 miles of pipeline. Ensured the AIMA (Agricultural Impact Mitigation Agreement), ODNR, OEPA, SHPO, and line list requirements were satisfied. Conducted pre-construction water sampling and soil sampling.Provided oversight for drain tile repairs/relocation, topsoil depths, triple-lifting in agricultural areas with two distinct different B soil horizons.

Managed up to 10 environmental inspectors working on multiple projects consisting of 60-miles of pipe line with multiple contractors ensuring environmental compliance and ROW restoration. Communicated between all facets of the project including the regulating agencies, contractor, client, and inspection reporting project progress.Coordinated tasks and responsibilities to the environmental inspectors and monitored their performance when working with the contractors ensuring environmental compliance. Conducted soil sampling for the proper pH levels in order to restore deemed critical areas. Oversaw designed slip solutions ensuring the contractors restored the slips and problem areas to engineered designs and practices.
