I have twenty years of experience developing digital services and programmes that enable people to access help, connect with others, create and learn. My work often includes identifying individual and organisational strengths and needs, establishing partnerships, developing scalable and sustainable solutions, measuring impact and influencing system change. I have contributed to many expert panels and programmes in relation to online harms and media literacy. These include Ofcom, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), Nuffield Family Justice Observatory, the International Certification Of Evidence Of Impact In Education (ICEIE) and the International Telecoms Union (ITU).
