I was a steakcutter at Omaha Steaks. I grew alot as a person working here. I was given the chance to learn the teamleader position through a back-up position. I enjoyed my job, but it wasn't what I wanted to do. There was not room for advancement at the Snyder plant. So my family and I decided that I would go back to school and advance my education.
