I’ve been responsible for updating workflows and department manuals, monitoring and evaluating central schedulers, and providing training on software functions. Additionally, I oversee the onboarding process, train new hires, and enforce disciplinary actions when necessary. In my role, I’ve tracked and analyzed operational data related to reception, optimized provider schedules for enhanced patient satisfaction, and managed financial records and third-party claims. I’ve also handled credentialing for providers with outside insurance companies. Furthermore, I played a key role in establishing and leading the Human Resources department. My customer service skills shine through in my ability to greet and welcome clients and visitors professionally, answer phone calls, and schedule appointments.
