I lead talented teams in the ares of fundraising, alumni relations, donor relations, grants & foundations, annual fund, marketing, communication, graphic design, crisis communication, events & conferences, and fine arts management. My role as chief development officer is to grow development revenue for the college. As a member of the President’s cabinet, I support fellow executives in the areas of external and internal communication as well as external relationships.

In addition to my previous role as the Vice President of Development, I also formed and managed the college’s Strategic Planning process. Chief development officer for the college. Manage and coach development team,oversee campaign implementation, develop the college's local presence, and build a broader base of donors in the areas of major gifts, planned gifts, foundation/corporate support, alumni giving, and annual fund.

Helping Non-Profits reach their full potential with Development services inclusive of Annual Fund, Direct Mail, Major Gifts, Planned Giving, Capital Campaigns, Board Development, or Strategic Planning.

Chief Development Officer, successfully completed $5.5 million Major Gifts Campaign, moved Annual Fund from $700k to $1.9m in 4 years, developed Legacy Society and double endowment growth, helped to procure a $7m estate gift, supervisor for team of 7 including Development, Marketing, Communications, and PR.

Managed Fine Arts department staff of 10, grew band program from 57 students to 130 in 5 years, State Marching Band Champion 2001, Numerous Gold medal awards for concert band

Built Band program from 70 students to 140 in 3 years, served as Site Based Team Coordinator, on committee to design and build the new $30m high school.
