About Stephen Mann

With a keen interest in the human experience with software, project management and happy customers, I also have a proven history of building strong support organizations and improving processes. Expertise in establishing processes between customers and product development, CRM administration, knowledge base design, community management, call center operations, AI chatbots, HIPAA, user experience storytelling, payments best practices, licensing and forging solid relationships with partners. I have led teams from three to 300, built customer service teams and technical support teams from the ground up and have successfully led change management initiatives at large, public companies as well. My expertise is solving point of need help problems that consumers and business customers encounter with software applications - solving with technology, tools, product development, design, process and people to effectively deliver great service experiences.I have recently completed Artificial Intelligence: Strategy and Application at UC Berkeley Haas School of Business / Emeritus, working on a passion project (stealth), and currently consulting with the Healthcare AI compliance startup ALIGNMT.AI as of July 2024.I love coaching, building things, building teams and delighting customers and patients.
