I am highly organized and thrives in a fast-paced environment will do well in this position.I am service-oriented and work well as a team player.Some of the core work which I do performProcess and execute Accounts Payable and Personnel expense claims (company credit cards) on different tools and platforms (SAP and expensing tool)Make ensure suppliers’ invoices are posted correctly, suppliers are paid on time and accurately, and credit card and employee out-of-pocket expenses from Concur are submitted and posted accurately and on a timely basisMonitor timely submission of personnel expense claims by company credit cardsReview and validate proper support for employee expense claimsUpload invoices, and code payments facilitating approval process and bookkeepingPrepare payments & post transactions to journals, ledgers and other recordsSupport in enhancing the accounts payable process and proceduresInternal control to ensure the quality of the financial administration.Update and maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practicesProduce reports and analysis of accounts payableProvide supporting documentation for auditsSupport in Month End Close processGuide & communicate with multiple levels of internal customers and external vendorTechnical skills, experience, and qualificationsGraduate with Accounting as a Major4+ experience in the Accounts Payable process, with hands on experience of invoice processing, payment processing and AP month close activitiesStrong communication skills, with proficiency in written and verbal English. Knowledge of additional languages would be a plusGood understanding of the Procure-to-pay processExperience with T&E (Travel and expense)Experience of working in an ERP environment; Preferably SAP or Oracle and ConcurWorking knowledge of MS Office, with a good understanding of MS ExcelOther SkillsMust be tenacious and able to adapt to a challenging environmentDelivery oriented – committed to supporting and delivering quality outcome and able to drive stakeholders accordinglyCommitted to delivering on time and meeting deadlinesInterpersonal skills – able to build strong relationships with internal stakeholdersAbility to interact and participate/lead meetings at any levelSelf-starter – must have energy, confidence and ability to contribute to the process improvement
