While at USAA I oversaw the brand governance and creative development of enterprise-wide initiatives, such as NFL, Academy, and Army-Navy Game sponsorships. Some of the skills I used in this role include marketing campaign development, creative marketing, communications strategy, and marketing automation.The foundation of my general management, branding and marketing experience is the knowledge and experience I gained while at Procter & Gamble as a Consumer Market Knowledge (CMK) manager. In that capacity I conducted all manner of qualitative and quantitative research.
