Assumes responsibility and accountability for the correctness, accuracy and timeliness of test results and Certificates of Quality. Prepares, validates and certifies Certificates of Quality of finished products for release and delivery to tankers. Reviews and troubleshoots product quality data and initiates actions for correction and improvement.Reviews overall Laboratory procedures and test methods to check applicability and practicability. Rationalizes testing frequency and testing methods consistent with improved Terminal controls and customer needs.

Takes a leadership role in ensuring that all analytical service requests are completed accurately and according to the established priorities that is in accordance to the Laboratory customers.
