As the founder and driving force behind CME Benefits Consultants, my mission has been to redefine financial services and employee benefits consulting, both in Pennsylvania and beyond.A hallmark of my achievements is the rejuvenation of the Philadelphia Shipyard Development Corporation, a pivotal initiative that played a central role in reviving shipbuilding in the Philadelphia region. Throughout my leadership journey, I've held esteemed positions at prominent institutions, including the Delaware River Port Authority, The Drexel College of Medicine, Visit Philadelphia, and the Pennsylvania Supreme Court Investment Advisory Board.I began my association with MISTRAS Group in 2002. Over the years, I've assumed various significant roles, from Lead Director to Chair of the Governance Committee. Presently, I serve as the Chairman of the Board, and Interim CEO, as we search for a permanent CEO.My passion lies in sculpting industries, championing change, igniting both restoration and fresh growth in organizations, and guiding the next generation of leaders.
