Conceptualize, Design, & build team to take company into the robotics industry when dealing with insert molding. Developed 8 Systems with a very aggressive schedule and managed the projects from conception to installation. Maintained schedules for technicians and maintenance crews to make End of Arm Tooling changeovers when products were changing on the production robotic assembly cells. Developed an R&D team to continue the growth of robotic automation in the entire facility and created PLC, HMI, & Robot Programs to integrate to several different molding machine processors. Installed Vision Inspection Equipment to detect defects on the parts that were coming out of the production cells and interfaced them with robots to move these parts from reject bins to ship ready containers.
