Users can elect to download orders from Yahoo manually or have Yahoo send orders in real time by PGP encrypting order details. Users can create fraud criteria to flag fraudulent orders. Once orders are approved, users can print packing slips and charge orders to customers’ credit cards. Tracking information can be uploaded to the application from FedEx, UPS or USPS systems. Application has a web interface which allows customers to track the status of their orders. Application saves over 75% of the time it took a doctor to create patient notes by allowing doctor to point and click. Application maximizes billing by selecting the correct billing codes. Application uses touch screens to allow doctors to capture all treatments performed and record diagnoses with minimal or no typing.
