Current• Maintenance and support for the RIMScan COTS application. Install system patches.• Design and develop code in C# for the Captiva Capture 7.1, 7.5 and IC 22.1 projects.• Maintain nineteen MS Servers that contain over fifty services for the RIMScan application. Created a C#. NET application that automatically updates the passwords on all the servers and services.• Design and develop SQL queries and tables in MS SQL Management Studio. Also, maintain SQL Queries via the Captiva Capture Designer Tool.• Conduct peer reviews on all new code developed for the project.• Attend, participate and contribute in the technical and functional team meetings. • Communicate regularly with Project Managers, Technical Project Managers and Management. Collaborate with third party vendors: Prime Recognition, CVISION and OpenText for mitigating technical issues and bugs.• Technical lead for the implementation of the new release of the Captiva Capture 7.1 and 7.5 applications.• Troubleshoot and resolve errors for the 6.5, 7.1 & 7.5 systems. Work with other teams and Vendors as needed.• Design and develop C#, .NET (Forms, MVVM) tools to support and maintain the RIMScan applications.• Enhanced a VB6 app to use interoperability to allow enhancements in C#, .NET.• Received a STAR award for the successful and timely upgrade of RIMScan 7.5.
