At this position I was one of the escalation points for all complex troubleshooting and procedural issues. Compiled daily morning report for all escalation issues. Was also member of a team of subject matter experts that created training for level 1 and procedure for daily running of client accounts.

At this job I was a corporate account manager. With a vast array of multinational corporations as clients, I learnt a lot on how to handle RFQs and RFPs for corporate America. This job also taught me how to handle bids for clients, licensing and general supply chain management.

Here I was a Level 2 support technician, where I supported the Microsoft Office Suite and Virtual PC applications on the Mac platform. This position was the beginning of my understanding and practice of leadership. I had a group of Tier 1s reporting and escalating complex issues direct to me. At the same time, I handled all calls from customers whose issues could not be resolved, which either needed further escalation to the developers and the Microsoft product managers or simply just informing the customer that there was no way this issue could be resolved.
