Identified areas for improvement and communicated the labor offsets and financial impact. Monitored client experience through scheduled monthly check-ins and a comprehensive annual review of all facets of the relationship. Communicated all new product releases and spearheaded educational outreach about technology improvements that aligned to strategic short-term and long-term goals. Cultivated new relationships by providing a best-in-breed client experience and earning referrals into other businesses not using ADP's services.
